This company reached out, needing a complete rework of internal policies for the IT department. After meeting with the Director and scoping the project, we agreed on an IT policy suite to suit the business in a format ready for ISO 27001 incorporation.

A 2000-word whitepaper based on the Risks of the Dark Web for Businesses.

Preparation involved a lot of research into threats posed to businesses by the dark web and statistics gathering on real-life incidents.

Content for a content-heavy web page, answering what is Cyber Threat Intelligence and describing how it works. This project translated complex technical ideas into simple and easy-to-understand terms for IT Leaders and C-level management.

A monthly project to produce 11x 500-word articles for a Toronto-based SEO business. The articles were used to promote these businesses on technical news and subject sites.

Based on a call with the client, asking targeted questions, I produce person-to-person messages for LinkedIn to bring up key aspects of products or services, ensuring the message is customised to local business customs.

Full demonstration materials for sales partners of use cases for a product with a full explanation of how to present to the end user.

My role included producing step-by-step instructions to train sales partners on using the system, including video demonstration and voice-over.

Website design for a wedding venue based in Crowborough, East Sussex, with social media management.

Photography, photo editing and blog posts are also part of my duties in managing the venue’s social media presence.
